Pros

They will try to tell you the new plant in El Segundo is going to be great. Ask them where the cafeteria is, or where everyone is going to park.

Cons

-Not enough room for employees to even sit. - Hiring and Promoting the wrong people - Complete Chaos Everyday - People with no MFG experience leading the group - Directors who are afraid to speak up against certain people - Not following Industry Standards - At one point they did not even have a working printer

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We work hard to create an environment where people are valued and feel empowered to success and grow. There are a variety of means to share feedback via phone, email, Management or their Human Capital Business Partner. The open door policy is the best way to ensure your concerns are being heard would be to engage your management team. As you noted in your post we have experienced expansion and change to any environment is never easy. However, we have hired a new seasoned HR Professional to support that group that are focused on employee engagement and associates should begin to see issues being addressed more proactively. We are sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations. Pros

Company is backed by a CEO who is a billionaire and is willing to invest in the company Building is nice-looking

Cons

Extremely disorganized organization There are not enough seats or parking spots for employees Most people are overworked and have difficulty taking time-off Unlimited vacation is an euphemism for no vacation due to amount of work I heard turnover is extremely high and most do not last more than half a year There is no cafeteria on-site and at many times no time for lunch Compensation and benefits are sub-par There is no transparency on decisions, priorities or issues Toxic environment as most people in the organization hate coming to work Billionaire CEO also heads other Nant companies, so his attention to NK is limited I heard "holiday party" food was catered by an In-N-Out food truck. What a joke!

Thank you for your feedback and it is unfortunate that we missed the mark from your perspective. We are a fast growing company that can feel chaotic at times. We consider your comments constructive and our priority is to make each and every employee has their say about the work environment. But, like any situation we listen to feedback and provide both positive and constructive feedback to Associate and Manager alike. To further illustrate this point we partnered with AON Hewitt to administer an employee survey and shared that feedback at each of our main hubs over the past 45 days. To date we have heard from both Associates and Managers where action plans were developed to address associate concerns. We welcome you to participate and continue to share your feedback.
