Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We work hard to create an environment where people are valued and feel empowered to success and grow. There are a variety of means to share feedback via phone, email, Management or their Human Capital Business Partner. The open door policy is the best way to ensure your concerns are being heard would be to engage your management team. As you noted in your post we have experienced expansion and change to any environment is never easy. However, we have hired a new seasoned HR Professional to support that group that are focused on employee engagement and associates should begin to see issues being addressed more proactively. We are sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations. Thanks for your review. All associates are encouraged to contact HR directly or through the anonymous hotline if they have any concerns. We take our associates’ complaints very seriously. We are also actively working to improve communication and transparency. We recently conducted an associate survey throughout the company. All NantKwest associates were able to provide anonymous feedback regarding their manager as well as the work environment.
