      Pros

      The salary is pretty good for new RNs. I think the health insurance was a little pricey but the compensation was good.

      Cons

      The work flow as far as with coworkers and managers feels like a SNF, very small staff numbers, if one person takes vacation then the whole team is screwed becuase theyre short staffed. THe company itself is cool but getting through a background check at the county is kind of a pain.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
