      Pros

      The pros are the high salary, four 10-hour shifts/week, and the medical documentation required in the EMR is minimal, compared to other NP jobs

      Cons

      The cons are (obviously) working with inmates, the location is 55 miles from civilization in the Phoenix area, and the buildings are decayed and crumbling.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
