      I work with a great team and enjoy what I get to do every day! I can help be a part of making a difference to an underserved population that needs healthcare.

      Cons

      Not a lot of people outside of the industry are familiar with correctional healthcare and the career path that it can provide.

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
