Pros
I love the people I work with. Even the my supervisors are like family. There is a lot of work, but we also have a little fun. They truly stress the importance of work/life balance. I have been told family first on multiple occasions and have had my work offloaded to accommodate a family need. Employees are not micro-managed, they are allowed to make decisions as needed as long as they are in alignment with the currently set goals. Merit raises are consistent and considerate of each employee's goals achieved.
Cons
They take a little longer to make the determination to add a new employee as we grow, sometimes the work gets a little more stressful than it should; if they strategically hired based on number of clients rather than waiting until everyone is stretched too thin. Even then, it isn't horrible because the team I work with is so great to pitch in and get everything done together.
