      Pros

      Some of the people are good, salary is ok

      Cons

      They do not value their employees, no loyalty, supervision is completely inept and disorganized, no consistency, no formal discipline for incapable employees that pose risk of liability, horrible work environment, pay new and less experienced employees more than experienced more senior employees, benefits aren’t the greatest

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
