      Not well organized, LPNs are responsible for a large amount of work, some RNs are only a body for the LPNs to do the job, low pay, ridiculous amount of administration

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
