      Pros

      I have worked with Naphcare for 18 years and have always found the company to be supportive. When I decided to go back to school, the company was very supportive in adjusting my work title and schedule to meet the demands of school.

      Cons

      Small company sites, so you must get along with a small group of people. Not much variety.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
