      twelve hour shifts, and a predictable working schedule

      Cons

      The administration does not have your back and the only time they talk TO you is When you have done something "wrong". They do not communicate. One day you are to do it this way, then the next day that is wrong to do it that way. They do not care about the quality of care-only how much money you can make for them

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
