      Pros

      Steadily growing. Innovative (as much as is possible in the field of correctional healthcare..). Fairly good company culture and work environment. Fair pay and benefits.

      Cons

      There always seemed to be a staff shortage (which is very common in this field), and as a result I was often asked to do work (sometimes for extended periods and/or in addition to my 'regular' work) that wasn't part of my core position.

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
