      Pros

      The staff that transitioned with the contract are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      They have no idea what they are doing with prison healthcare. EMR is TERRIBLE!!! Cutting staff in all departments. They came in arrogant and remain so. They do not listen to the people that have been doing the job for many years. They state their focus is patient care but then pile on the work so the patient care is lacking. Way too much time spent moving around the EMR just to document or find what you need.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
