      Pros

      Great people, good benefits, and a pleasant work environment. The environment is not corporate, decisions are made with care instead of being global, they are what is best for a majority.

      Cons

      No one will hold your hand, they hire adults and expect you to be one. Not a con to me (but could potentially be a con to some). I don't think there are any downsides to working for NaphCare, they are a great company to work for.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Learning fast is an absolute MUST!

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
