      Pros

      A national company with a family feel to it! I believe that the people make the company! Everyone is team oriented, hard working, and here to support the mission of providing excellent care to a population in need. I've never heard anyone say "that's not my job", which is refreshing!

      Cons

      A lot of recent and growth and looks to be on a path to continue to do so. We are adding to our team and working to continuously improve processes to provide support for growth. Not a bad problem to have...

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
