Pros
As a privately owned business, NaphCare is able to put their employees first and it shows. We have many employees who have been with NaphCare for over 20 years and as the company continues to grow, we do an excellent job in hiring new team members. NaphCare is an excellent employer for a number of reasons including: - Strong leadership - Great co-workers - Nice work-life balance - Diverse workplace - Excellent employee benefits and compensation - Low employee turn-over
Cons
It's hard to note any cons from my perspective. Some co-workers travel extensively and work long hours, though only for short periods of time.
