worthwhile - Regional Medical Director NaphCare Employee Review

I have worked at NaphCare for over 5 years. I worked as a hospitalist for 10 years prior to coming to NaphCare. I started off as a staff physician in 2018. I became a site medical director and corporate physician in 2019. I then became regional medical director in 2020. I highly enjoy working for this company. No day is the same. I help oversee and manage providers and clinical care in the western region, along with a number of other responsibilities. Correctional medicine is exciting and rewarding. It is not for everyone, but it is definitely for me. If you're looking to make a change, it might be the right change for you.
