      The best reason to work at NAPHCARE is to help the inmates, as a nurse, if that's what you choose to do.

      Cons

      The worst reason to work at NAPHCARE is having to deal with the current unprofessional management team which has unfortunately spread throughout the organization.

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
