High turn over and positions are often vacant, lack of supervision & support, micromanaging from on-site leadership, inconsistent following of policies, no raises outside of yearly performance review which can range from 1% to 4% depending.

Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
