NaphCare is a great company to work for. I have gained valuable experience during my time here. I'm grateful for the growth opportunities that have been presented to me. The working environment is pleasant and my co-workers are amazing! I anticipate a bright future here!

Pay is ok, benefits are ok

Cons

Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
