      Pros

      most of the time its not a heavy work load. decent job. pay is okay if you dont have real responsibilities

      Cons

      if you make them upset they wont give you a pay raise. change some policies, alot of paper and folders are being wasted. get better insurance. also give out sick time in. in the state of NJ you are supposed to accrue sick time for every 30 or 40 hours, just because the company is based in alabama does not mean i shouldnt follow nj law. having to use your pto when you are sick is absurd.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
