      Pros

      Fast new employee set up. Excellent & fast customer service (HR), very fair with employee complaints & thorough reviews with detailed explanation, current salary (2025), health/dental benefits are awesome and very affordable, personal benefits like PTO/sick or family leave/401k, excellent employee online account-portal for everything one could need with benefits or time sheet or job related issues & also it includes continuous training and referral pages pertaining to your job title, encouragement messages and even counseling support online or locally appointed due to the nature of the job title. Unlimited amount of OT offered. EXCELLENT OT & HOLIDAY PAY PREMIUM 2.5 x your contracted pay per hour! To me this alone is incredible! Tuition reimbursement!

      Cons

      Salary at the time I was there (2019-2021) $16.59/hr. Now it's @ $25-$27 I believe but that includes a shift differential ( *hearsay from former employee that still works where I did with the same job title) No additional pay for court appearances due to DUI blood draws. These were 1-4x a week and after your 12 hr 6pm-6:30am shifts. The state gave us a check for @ $23 for the entire day regardless of the hours we were there which ranged anywhere from 1-7 hrs. No travel or required clothing and medical equipment partial or full reimbursement.

      Pay, overtime availability, insurance and you learn a lot. Great experience for new grads

      Pay is ok, benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management is over bearing, the work is meaningless and pointless, the company seems to be set up to only do things that are completely unnecessary and accomplish tasks the hard, time consuming way instead of the obvious, easy, and more efficient way. It really seems like management goes out of their way to make your life harder. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never work for this company again.
