It’s a very nice place to work. Everyone there is very nice. Great pay for the area.

Sometimes there can be coworker conflict but as long as you stay to yourself there’s no problem.

Easy going job with great coworkers. Job isn't too hard to do and give you plenty of opportunity to learn new aspects of IT that you may not be familiar with. They require you to earn certificates one a year minimum which you will be reimbursed for if you pass. The benefits are cheap and can get free health care.

Pay isn't the best and negotiating will lead to a disappointing result. Pay is outside the realm of your department managers and is managed by the assistance county manager. While it is being worked on there isn't much room to grow. While the health care is cheap it also is not the best.
