An employer who can be flexible when it suits them. The management can be very selective about who gets ahead. It depends on ho wmuch brown-nosing and ego massaging you want to engage in. They are not very responsive in taking feedback from people in their business who actually have somethign positive to contribute to improve the business model. Each department worries about their own targets and not how the ycan harness the power of the entire organisation to drive the business to increased profitability. They are very slow at responding to a quickly changing market and there is not a lot of room for an individual to drive forward with an idea.
