Pros

I feel like overall they really work with your schedule and working from home is an option for most so that’s awesome.

Cons

I’m going to be vague to protect my identity but multiple incidents arose where people should’ve been fired and they weren’t . There is a lot of sexism that is also an issue. Employee appreciation is a joke.

I enjoyed the work I done and the team I worked with and for the most part our supervisor did at least "act" like she had our back.

Cons

My supervisor would always say our team meetings/huddles were free zones to vent or share frustrations. Please beware, even if they say this if you share your frustrations, you will be fired with no notice just like I was.
