Very nice and smart people to work with. Lots of free lunches provided, work hours are flexible and working from home is sometimes an options

Cons

Not many growth opportunities for employees and not much innovation as a company. Seems like there was a lot done there that seemed mundane and outdated

I enjoyed the work I done and the team I worked with and for the most part our supervisor did at least "act" like she had our back.

Cons

My supervisor would always say our team meetings/huddles were free zones to vent or share frustrations. Please beware, even if they say this if you share your frustrations, you will be fired with no notice just like I was.
