I have absolutely loved working for NBS. I truly feel as if they care about me as a person. My management team is amazing and really take care of their employees.

I enjoyed the work I done and the team I worked with and for the most part our supervisor did at least "act" like she had our back.

Cons

My supervisor would always say our team meetings/huddles were free zones to vent or share frustrations. Please beware, even if they say this if you share your frustrations, you will be fired with no notice just like I was.
