Pros

Sales department is the only area I can recommend looking in to.

Cons

This organization is extremely reactionary with a lack of vision on where the company is headed. If they have some semblance with where they want the company to go, that is not shared with the organization probably because of the focus being steered towards all of the financial issues. To note on their reactionary behavior, the company will not wait and see if an analysis will prove to be true. They blindly go off that analysis, make very quick changes based upon the results, and then when it turns out to not be as projected, they back track even quicker. The company takes the elevator up and jumps off the building down. There is clear evidence that there is no hesitation to lay off people first, rather than looking at other ways to reduce budget restraints. During my time the number of rescinded offers was staggering, and it stemmed from last-minute realizations that they could not actually hire these people. Always very close to when their first day is supposed to be. It comes from poor workforce management and analysis that is constantly being overlooked. This is the type of organization that promotes individuals an hour after they lay off many people from the same department. With complete lack of tact and after they just laid off your friends and colleagues, they claim to have a "silver lining" by handing out promotions. They pass it off as a celebration, and pretend it was long-deserved, and not due to the restructuring that left several big holes. Mind you, they also put your belongings in a TRASH BAG as they lay you. It is an ironic gesture showing how the company really thinks of you. The HR team turns a blind eye to obvious ageism for personnel to join their direct team. I would say be very wary of the Nevada office in particular. This is also an issue with the negations department that is being enabled by the HR recruitment team. If you do end up working for the organization and want to learn what the CEO is like, feel free to walk by their office at any point of the day because the likelihood of hearing screaming and cursing towards other people in there is 9/10 times. The “face” of the organization only came off as overtly aggressive with a clear lack of care for his employees. The learning and development team are having major issues with training within the customer service department. Make sure if looking to join the company with a sales background that you are not joining the negotiations department. Clear lack of direction for this department. Hopefully you do not befall a terrible illness or death of a family member within your first 90 days of the company. The company has no understanding/compassion to situations such as these. I have seen employees forced to miss out on the death of loved ones because of their restrictive policies.

We are disappointed and saddened to read that your experience at NDR was not representative of the work environment we strive to create as we continue to build and remain ever more so a Great Place to Work. NDR has gone through tremendous growth and organizational changes over the past few years and the team has worked quickly to adapt and keep up with these changes. We have had to adjust business strategies in a way that may seem reactionary to those not involved in the decision-making process in response to internal and external factors, such as the current volatile economic landscape. NDR utilizes and invests many resources into hiring and retaining talent. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination. Moreover, we strive our best to accommodate employees who are needing time off for health or family related reasons, a philosophy which is reflected in our absence policy and time and attendance guidelines which have been amended to increase flexibility and account for unforeseen circumstances all of NDR’s employees are subject to experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

National Debt Relief Company Review I have had a very positive experience working at National Debt Relief. I started in December 2022 as a Certified Debt Specialist and was recently promoted to Team Supervisor, which reflects the company's commitment to recognizing hard work and promoting from within. The experience has allowed me to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact by helping clients improve their financial situations. Career Opportunities, National Debt Relief offers excellent opportunities for career advancement. My own journey from Certified Debt Specialist to Team Supervisor demonstrates that employees who are dedicated, consistently perform well, and embrace leadership opportunities have the potential to grow within the organization. Compensation & Benefits, Compensation is competitive, with additional earning potential in performance-based roles. The benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings options, and other valuable employee benefits that contribute to overall job satisfaction. Culture & Values, The company fosters a collaborative, supportive culture centered on helping clients achieve financial freedom. Teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement are emphasized, creating an environment where employees feel encouraged to succeed. Diversity & Inclusion, National Debt Relief values diversity and inclusion by creating a workplace where employees from different backgrounds are respected and given opportunities to grow. The inclusive culture contributes to a positive and welcoming work environment. Senior Management, Leadership is approachable and supportive, providing guidance and recognizing employee achievements. Management encourages development and promotes from within, although, like any growing organization, communication can occasionally be improved during periods of change. Work/Life Balance, The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers flexibility where business needs allow. While there are busy periods and performance expectations are high, the work is rewarding, and managers are generally supportive of employees' well-being. Overall My experience at National Debt Relief has been both rewarding and fulfilling. The opportunity to advance from Certified Debt Specialist to Team Supervisor has reinforced my confidence in the company's commitment to employee development. I would recommend National Debt Relief to individuals looking for a company that values hard work, provides opportunities for career growth, and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of its clients.

Cons

Performance expectations can be demanding, and workloads may increase during peak business periods.

Pros

The onboarding and training process is incredible! The Training Officers do an incredible job at clearing explaining your role as well make you understand the importance of what this company does. This is not just another sales job. Truly the way the clients react when you’ve saved them hundreds every month and thousands over time is the most rewarding experience! The commissions and spiffs are nice too!

Cons

I wish the role was simply a better hourly pay instead of relying on commissions. While there is incredible opportunity to make money here it over throws the true nature of the company’s values for compassion and care. Most agents get wrapped up in the sale instead of the human behind the call. And when you have a bad month it hits hard due to the base pay dropping significant the longer you are here.
