Pros

Working from home and the milestone parties they throw where they hire famous rappers to perform (yay)

Cons

This is debt relief for people with financial hardship. And the first time an enrolled customer has an insufficient fund or needs to push back a deposit date they take your commission back from you on your next check! You read that right. Most of your commission is taken away from you constantly, even on clients that get through the entire program. Company charges up to 25% in fees to poor people they're saying they're helping and pay the Sales floor like dirt. If you arent happy with the pay management tells you to work more hours. Several agents were caught falsifying applications and because they're top performers they got off with a writeup. Company doesnt care about the employees or the customers. The sales staff dont seem to know their worth. Management does not care they want robots who never miss a word in their sales pitch to cover the company but they are all about making their fee and paying employees the bare minimum for their efforts. They overhired, increasing the sales floor by 500% in a year to ensure nobody makes money except for themselves.

Pros

Good money for people that don’t know their value… You will never make more with the company coming up with creative ways to limit your earning potential.

Cons

High turnover. Tenured agents don’t feel appreciated. Tenured agents feel like targets because they know more money was made when company was smaller… The company is hitting record month after record month, yet they are finding ways to lower commission potential. Charge knacks for thousands for reason they may have nothing to do with the agent that enrolled the client. Becoming more micromanaged. Don’t even send trophies they used to when team members hit milestones. You would think the company is rolling in money with every month bringing a new record set. I been here over 9 years and feel this is not the place for me. Yet I’ve made good money and feel that I have excelled in my role but do not feel appreciated. This company is paying less as they grow. The chargeback period is now 120 days from 90 days. It’s insane, they expect people in hardship that they sale produce to, to not have any hardship the moment they enroll in the program. Taking money off my families table. I’ll be here but I’m actively looking for employment elsewhere.

Pros

Remote work, Training was ok

Cons

This is a mickey mouse company. This is the worst company i have ever worked for. When you first start they feed you leads and once you hit $1 million of debt enrolled, management messages you privately to leave them a good review since you had a good month. Most people here do not make money and if you have a good month, they will take your commission back in forms of chargebacks even if the client is still enrolled in the program and the company is charging them 25% fee for their services. They lie to you about every little thing. You will never know how lead distribution works and have to go with the flow because they will find anything to fire you. Most of the people leaving good reviews are most likely not working here anymore. if you think you hate your job now, you have no idea how much more you will hate NDR. Some of the managers i have had are OK but others are completely clueless and do not know what they are doing. Some of the CMs and TLs should not be in the position they are in since they don’t care about their employees. Management here is worried about their own pockets and does not care what u do because if they want to fire you it doesn't matter to them since there is a class starting every couple of weeks.
