Pros

Remote Overtime is not common Good training

Cons

So many I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been at many places, some of which were toxic, but I think this is worse I’ve ever experienced. The KPIs and micromanagement here is insane. I’ve never been degraded so openly and constantly. You will be compared to your employees to your face constantly. You will be openly ranked and receive paycuts for it. Everything you do is monitored and criticized. Nothing you do is good enough. This is a time sensitive job but you will constantly have time taken out of your day to be berated by your supervisor. All of the good reviews are from the first two months in training; the experience afterwards immediately goes downhill. They pay pennies here and expect the world from you. Every single bad review I’ve read here has been completely true and I wish they weren’t. Get OUT. Not that you’ll have to try, they find any excuse to fire people here. Sorry for not clicking enough pages in one day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the opportunity to work remotely, the training provided, and the overtime policy. We recognize that your experience beyond training did not meet your expectations, and we take your concerns seriously. Your insights help us reflect on how we can better support our team members. We’re sorry to hear that you felt undervalued and unappreciated, as this is not the environment we aim to create. Thank you again for your honesty and for providing a perspective that helps us improve.

Pros

National Debt Relief Company Review I have had a very positive experience working at National Debt Relief. I started in December 2022 as a Certified Debt Specialist and was recently promoted to Team Supervisor, which reflects the company's commitment to recognizing hard work and promoting from within. The experience has allowed me to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact by helping clients improve their financial situations. Career Opportunities, National Debt Relief offers excellent opportunities for career advancement. My own journey from Certified Debt Specialist to Team Supervisor demonstrates that employees who are dedicated, consistently perform well, and embrace leadership opportunities have the potential to grow within the organization. Compensation & Benefits, Compensation is competitive, with additional earning potential in performance-based roles. The benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings options, and other valuable employee benefits that contribute to overall job satisfaction. Culture & Values, The company fosters a collaborative, supportive culture centered on helping clients achieve financial freedom. Teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement are emphasized, creating an environment where employees feel encouraged to succeed. Diversity & Inclusion, National Debt Relief values diversity and inclusion by creating a workplace where employees from different backgrounds are respected and given opportunities to grow. The inclusive culture contributes to a positive and welcoming work environment. Senior Management, Leadership is approachable and supportive, providing guidance and recognizing employee achievements. Management encourages development and promotes from within, although, like any growing organization, communication can occasionally be improved during periods of change. Work/Life Balance, The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers flexibility where business needs allow. While there are busy periods and performance expectations are high, the work is rewarding, and managers are generally supportive of employees' well-being. Overall My experience at National Debt Relief has been both rewarding and fulfilling. The opportunity to advance from Certified Debt Specialist to Team Supervisor has reinforced my confidence in the company's commitment to employee development. I would recommend National Debt Relief to individuals looking for a company that values hard work, provides opportunities for career growth, and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of its clients.

Cons

Performance expectations can be demanding, and workloads may increase during peak business periods.

Pros

The onboarding and training process is incredible! The Training Officers do an incredible job at clearing explaining your role as well make you understand the importance of what this company does. This is not just another sales job. Truly the way the clients react when you’ve saved them hundreds every month and thousands over time is the most rewarding experience! The commissions and spiffs are nice too!

Cons

I wish the role was simply a better hourly pay instead of relying on commissions. While there is incredible opportunity to make money here it over throws the true nature of the company’s values for compassion and care. Most agents get wrapped up in the sale instead of the human behind the call. And when you have a bad month it hits hard due to the base pay dropping significant the longer you are here.
