Pros
It’s a job, and is a placeholder while you find another job.
Cons
This company is awful, they lie to employees constantly and lower management will become very aggressive if you ask ANY questions. I came out of the gate one of the top trainees and was making great money, out of nowhere the leads shut off, night and day difference, I asked management and for a whole month they played a gaslighting bit tactic and eventually I had a night manager(a friend of a friend) to look into it, low and behold my leads had essentially been shut off… they fixed it and I started doing really well production wise. There were some changes to how management was run and some sort of thing, and someone in upper management was let go and let me and a couple people know how ridiculously unfair and disgusting this company is behind closed doors, they essentially feed rookies so they get hooked on a decent pay check , then they slow your leads down tremendously and continue to feed the rookies and the favorites(one of the top producers is married to an execs daughter for crying out loud and you can listen to his calls and he is in no way some top salesman or anything he is just fed HUNDREDS of lay ups deal a month) in addition to that they do nothing to retain the clientele once you get them signed up and if they ever miss deposit the company takes the commissions back out of your next paycheck- even if they make it up the following month and continue the program. My advice is if you are starting here or work here, use it a placeholder while you find something else. Do not waste your time at this dead end job, it doesn’t teach you any transferable skills, you will remain stagnant having hit or miss pay checks. Also the Christmas party you get to meet all the execs and management and they are all a bunch of creeps who obviously have substance abuse issues.
