Pros
Standard Mutual Insurance was a great place to work. Since it was a small company there was the feeling of family with created loyalty to the company.
Cons
When Standard Mutual was purchased by another company and the name changed within the last year and management changed everything became a there was no follow through from the parent company. I have no real problems with Standard Mutual Insurance.
