Pros

Great coworkers, very lax PTO policy, flexible schedule

Cons

My company was bought by National General and the workload quadrupled but the pay remained the same. National General employees at other locations performing the same role are paid thousands more. Starting pay at my location is $12 an hour. They max out your workload every month so the workload is unattainable. This place is a sweatshop. If you're competent, they take advantage of you and give you more difficult work but without a pay increase or any other benefit to you. The raises here are a joke. You cannot complain about anything or it will affect your monthly review, which affects your tiny raise. So you have to take everything they dish at you with a smile on your face. Management is unorganized and makes changes that were not well thought out and it falls back on you. Training is insufficient and rushed but you are penalized if a mistake is made. They don't treat you like a human and expect you to behave like a Stepford wife. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. Only work here if you’re in between jobs and desperate.

Pros

Great work life balance and management is quite supportive.

Cons

Migration to new system had some issues. Like not being able to access what I needed for work took close to 2 months. Still got paid though

Pros

Pay was good and benefits were good. Teamwork is definitely a plus. I found most team members to be extremely helpful. There is definitely a system to help you learn if you can find the time.

Cons

The company says it will listen to complaints without repercussions, but I didn't find that to be the case. Too many metrics to meet which causes you to fall behind. No room for advancement if the supervisor doesn't like you or if the team is short members. No consistency from team to team.
