Pros

The people are great. They try to make the office fun.

Cons

The office is dirty and old. Bathrooms have flies and are unsanitary at times. Antiquated computer system. No state of the art technology here. Company is family owned and not owned by shareholders therefore it’s cheap as they don’t have to be accountable to shareholders and employees. Good old boy network in the upper management. No bonuses unless you’re in management. So no bonuses for those doing a lot of the work. Subpar raises. No profit sharing or gain share like other companies. No work from home unless you’re “grandfathered” in through an acquisition. No focus on work life balance. The newly added tuition reimbursement is almost impossible to qualify for. Benefits are not great, not in par with the times, and are not competitive with other companies.

Pros

There are no pros as they expect you to work 11 plus hours to stay on top of your work.

Cons

Poor communication Poor training Poor claims system that the reps have to do everything! In 2026 we are setting tasks for state regulated forms to go out. No support Management sets unrealistic metrics so we can’t meet them. Purchased a texting app rather than investing on a proper claims software. We process every bill! We process every denial! Medical provider lines does nothing! Management is out of touch and folks will be leaving!
