Pros

This is a review for National General Lender Services. Pay rate is okay, with alot of OT opportunities. Co-workers are great and supportive. Depending on your lender your assigned to work.

Cons

**PAY SCALE** Tenured Reps can possibly get paid lower than incoming reps. There is no adjustment available to bring a prior hired rep to the same level. the only way to make more is through yearly merit raises. very steep learning curve. Each lender is processed differently and you need to be on the ball in order to learn each process and procedure. Some can be rather complicated and very easy to make mistakes which can result in failures on QC audits. Majority of department is now working remotely which can make it difficult to network and expand knowledge and build rapport with fellow colleagues which can hurt advancement options.

Pros

There are no pros as they expect you to work 11 plus hours to stay on top of your work.

Cons

Poor communication Poor training Poor claims system that the reps have to do everything! In 2026 we are setting tasks for state regulated forms to go out. No support Management sets unrealistic metrics so we can’t meet them. Purchased a texting app rather than investing on a proper claims software. We process every bill! We process every denial! Medical provider lines does nothing! Management is out of touch and folks will be leaving!
