Pros
My coworkers were nice people stuck in a bad situation..
Cons
Company puts no emphasis on employee retention. They fire employees on a weekly or bi weekly basis. Leads to big morale problems. Your manager does not have your back. If there is a sign of trouble you are on a PIP and then out the door. I saw this happen to numerous adjusters who were good employees but their numbers went south due to understaffing, unmanageable volume, inefficient processes and systems. No body stays here long and it seems like that is by design. Also, most people don't get raises or qualify for bonuses. (You can bet that the managers and executives get raises and bonuses). You are lured in with a decent salary but they take it back by not giving out raises and bonuses to most adjusters. Overall I would say the work environment was toxic and adjusters were constantly in fear for their jobs. This lead to a dismal work experience there. STAY AWAY
