Pros

Benefits are pretty okay (although expensive).

Cons

This company does not care about its employees. No consideration for work life balance, employees are constantly overworked. The salary sounds good until you find yourself working 60hr weeks to keep up with the workload. Management pretends to care but consistently does nothing about complaints. The metrics are stressful and the company does nothing about verbal abuse received from customers on almost a daily basis. Please spare yourself the stress if at all possible. Not to mention there are rare opportunities for advancement. It's a trap.

Pros

There are no pros as they expect you to work 11 plus hours to stay on top of your work.

Cons

Poor communication Poor training Poor claims system that the reps have to do everything! In 2026 we are setting tasks for state regulated forms to go out. No support Management sets unrealistic metrics so we can’t meet them. Purchased a texting app rather than investing on a proper claims software. We process every bill! We process every denial! Medical provider lines does nothing! Management is out of touch and folks will be leaving!
