      I enjoyed my co workers The benefits Full time wfh

      Cons

      I was under paid by a lot. I pretty much was the acting process manger (w/o title). 6 months after I left they posted and hired someone for the “manager” role with a pay 3x what I made (btw I had requested a pay increase before leaving).

      - Benefits - Management - work environment - flexibility - upward mobility

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
