Pros

The nurses and c.n.a. staff

Cons

low wages in comparison to competitive market. unfair application of policy. The expectation of kindness, compassion, service and excellence is only at a facility level. the district and regional staff are self-serving and duplicitous. the message of the owner/president of the company is negated by the actions of area and district leadership,

Thank you for your feedback. After doing a market review, we have recently raised our minimum rates by approximately 15% to remain market competitive. Without divulging any confidences, please be assured that decisions are not made in a vacuum and one or two sources are not the only part of the decision making process. Pros

absolutely excellent at false advertising!

Cons

NOBODY- from administration ALL THE WAY UP the chain has any idea what they are doing. It's actually pretty pathetic and the entire company should be ashamed and embarrassed by those they place in positions to represent them. Do not put your loved ones in their facilities, and do not waste your time, energy or skills working for them.
