Pros

Staff is dedicated and diligent; however, grossly unappreciated by management.

Cons

If you're ambitious and want to grow, this company is not for you. Horrible corporate culture. There is an absolute lack of corporate managerial leadership. The bonus structure that is presented and offered during the hiring process is non existent. Same must be said about annual raises, which in actuality tend to be bi-annual at best and non-retroactive. Company saves a buck by deceiving candidates but turnover is very high at new hires' 1st year anniversary. Whatever minimal bonus is received, it is randomly agreed upon by top management without input from direct managers nor any link to actual performance. Long inefficient work hours are praised over timely and efficient work output. Corporate work environment is extremely negative and doesn't foster team work and collaboration. There is bias when approving PTO ... This is a Jewish Organization. Observants get automatic approval. Management makes Non-Observant employees feel guilty and uncomfortable when requesting their PTO. You will NEVER get promoted.

Pros

there is truly nothing good about this place.

Cons

-TERRIBLE management -they will work you like a slave and do not care about you at all -always working short with CNAs and nurses have to pick up the slack and do CNA work or patients will wait hours to go to the bathroom -there is never any appreciation for the staff -no matter how hard you work there is NO appreciation at all and they only are nice when they want you to pick up shifts or stay to work but give zero incentives -pay isn't nearly enough for all the work -always disorganized with supplies missing and again management never wants to help or even cares at all -only there to fill beds and they don't care about the patients at all -if a CNA calls out they will not call to replace

Thank you for providing us with this feedback, and I am sorry that you had a negative experience with this facility. As you should be aware, we have hired a new Administrator who is expected to start the first week of May and we have a brand new Director of Nursing who is starting next week. Our expectation is that some things that you may have experienced would be remedied by our new leadership team. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Terrible pay rates

Pros

Co-workers are helpful, kind and really good to work with. Good teamwork. Genuinely care about the residents.

Cons

This company pays the same for new people as they do for people who have been there for years.Bo incentive for people to stay. This place has lost some excellent nursing staff. More work piled on, underpaid, treated like slaves. No raises for everybody. Med techs work more, get paid less. Always working short without extra compensation. No incentive to pick up extra shifts. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Meals are little more than a stain on the plates. The residents pay through the nose to live there and the food is terrible and never enough. Residents are treated like cattle by the company. Rooms are only cleaned once a month, Resident rooms are filthy. Healthcare Services are the "housekeeping" company there. They suck.
