Pros

Recruits only from IITs and other TIER 1 colleges If you are an Engineer (Real one), this is the best place to be. Pushes employees to perform to their fullest ability. Might not work for people who like to play video games in office hours Good pay, again only if you work hard and smart Great potential for career progression in the first 5 years.

Cons

Growth stagnates after 5 years due to org structure. Not many levels in the organisation. Tends to affect your social life due to high expectations Management expects only the sales team to work hard and not the other teams in the organisation Few very senior managers who really dont contribute to the company in any form. Very high responsibility at a much earlier stage in the career (Can also be considered a Pro if you like it) Process during Recruitment can get better - Have tendency to attract misfits
