      Pros

      Good atmosphere, still good camaraderie, some efforts from upper management to make the best of a very mediocre growth in the last few years.

      Cons

      Salary, salary, salary... My estimate is 20% below market. There are talks about improvements, but nobody really believes it. Lots of talented people have left as a consequence.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
