Pros
This is a great company to learn and grow in your career. There are so many awesome clients and interesting projects to work on, and you are able to work on a diverse mix of projects and gain skills in many different areas. People genuinely care about making sure you are challenged and have strong opportunities for career growth. The people in general are very friendly and easy to collaborate with, and recognition is given freely.
Cons
There is a false perception of flexibility and work life balance here. Although management seems like they genuinely want to be flexible, the workload is just too high to actually allow this. Timelines are unrealistically quick and tasks continue to be assigned to those well over capacity to take anything else on. Yes the work is remote, but it is a double edged sword with the expectation that you will constantly be available, especially working across multiple time zones. The culture encourages working late nights, weekends, and holidays, and you will find most people sending emails and teams messages late into the night and early in the morning both in their time zone and in yours. You can also forget about ever taking a lunch, because there is simply not enough time in the day to do so, and no one does. You will be working well over 40 hours a week here, and that is the expectation rather than a rare occurrence or occasional ask. This is a great place to get exposure to high profile clients, work on meaningful and interesting projects, and learn how to excel at research methodologies. However, it is not a company that allows for a good work life balance, and you do not get paid enough to work as much as you are expected to.
