Mundane task, lack of real management and horrible favoritism - Research Analyst National Research Group Employee Review

clients you work with are great but if you want to be a data monkey then this job is for you. all you will do is populate and check powerpoints for hours alongside checking logic for surveys. if this is your thing great, but your brain is barely put to use. management for me was non existent and people play favorites most definitely. unlimited pto is a joke because everyone is. a workaholic, i got covid and my manager pressed me the entire week off about when I’d return as of the company would fall apart from one person being gone. If your brain can handle the doing the same things week in and week out then this job is for you! Little room for creative expression and overall lack of diversity among the entire company, teams, and projects themselves.
