Great people but disorganization and favoritism abound - Supply Chain Analyst National Retail Systems, Inc. Employee Review

Favoritism, Lack of company policy enforcement across all employees. Disorganized, constantly adjusting responsibilities and expectations within a department. Over-saturation of upper management. Real life example - after 18 months i had 4 different job responsibilities and when asked about higher level opportunities, I was told i need to excel and step up more. Not sure how someone can step up when they aren’t given a chance to thrive with responsibility changing ever 3-4 months. Office Policy would be heavily enforced for some employees but ignored for others. C suite and a level below know the problems but let nepotism take over and keep lackluster management roles full with people that fake it till them make it.
