If you enjoy a work-life balance, then this company is not for you. You will work 6 and sometimes 7 days a week and forgot about peak time. Peak time, you definitely will work 7 days per week from November until the Christmas holidays so kiss your family goodbye for those 6 to 8 weeks. If you enjoy working on Thanksgiving weekend, then this is the company for you. And get this, you have to be with the company 1 full year before you receive any vacation time, and then it's only 5 days. Everyone is overworked, underpaid and stressed. For the amount of hours that you work, your salary will not be worth it. This is a position that you take only if you don't have any other options, and then I still don't recommend it. I only gave the company 1 star below because there wasn't an option for zero or below zero.
