Positive energy at site level, dishonesty and unlivable wages - Property Manager National Storage Affiliates Employee Review

• Does not pay a livable wage. • Inconsistent corporate communication/directives. • Corporate/district management does not communicate with a sense of urgency in regards to internal conflict resolution or customer service. • Corporate/district management lacks integrity in regard to tenant care/reputation management; and often deliberately ignore payment inquiries at expense of the tenant. • Corporate/district management are callous and dishonest in regards to employee and tenant safety/OSHA items. • I personally suffered pay discrimination, as corroborated by peers; resulting in EEOC claims against the company and area/regional supervisors.
