Pros
The hospital saves lives by working miracles for sick children and is a top Pediatric hospital in the nation. It is expanding and becoming more and more research-oriented, and the children and families receive exceptional care.
Cons
- Pay isn't very competitive - If you are NOT applying for a clinical or patient-facing position, watch out! The business and Administrative areas of the hospital are full of TOXIC, NASTY people who have been trained to be that way from the top down. If you are thinking about a job in DRC, don't even apply unless you want to join up with a "witch and her flying monkeys". That area is a joke.
