Pros

Okay benefits Flexible; if you need to leave to get your kids you can if your job allows. Great co workers and community support

Cons

Some of leadership has clear favorites and invests in the wrong people causing many employees that do perform well to not feel welcome or find work elsewhere. The pay for the amount of work everyone does around the clinic is poor and the wage gap between the officers and those in lower positions is very large and evident.

Pros

You can be yourself here and the work feels meaningful and rewarding. Great sense of community. The annual bonuses and raises are a great plus and the upcoming new building is exciting. A lot of internal opportunities for growth.

Cons

Parking situation is bad because of construction. But hopefully once everything is finished, things will get back to normal.
