Pros

The nicest colleagues you'll ever meet. Talented, passionate people. A very nice office location. Nice community space with free drinks and a lovely team. A jam room. Company parties used to be cool some years ago, but well.

Cons

The entire top-level management (minus Mate Galic) consists of people who have no clue whatsoever about the actual market the company is in – and hence no clue about the products either. Also, it has recently been staffed up with like-minded technocrats who claim to be "gurus" or "champions" – and again have no clue about the actual customer (or the company's actual people and processes). It feels like a bunch of expensive consultants running the company because they think music is cool. The other reviews here are nailing it. That's how it is.

Pros

Super cool environment and amazing products that are easy to sell, cause who doesn't love music!

Cons

A lot of miscommunication and groupthink can make marketing projects spiral when they could have been more efficient by just meeting sooner.
