Cons
-Hours change and some people have favorites. So even if you've been here a year or so, they have some people who are new and can get dibs on their preferred schedule. -Point system for attendance, So if you're a minute late, then that will be a year from the day you got it for it to disappear. You can only clock in 5 minutes early, but not clock out early. (This only applies to Hourly employees)
